Reecy has been a professional freelancer since her teenage years, contributing to Reason Magazine, Utne Reader, The Black Rock Beacon and The Reston Times as a writer and photographer, as well as Discovery and History Channel programs as an historical researcher.
These days she splits her time between Colorado, New Orleans and the road in her vintage Airstream. Apart from writing and music, Reecy also leads Jeep tours in the Rocky Mountains and the bike tour she created of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans.
Reecy has hung up her hat in seven time zones over three continents, living in Australia, Germany, Scotland and all across the USA.
