Reecy’s style lies somewhere between southern-fried vaudeville and folk punk.
Performing as an emcee and musical variety act, Reecy got her professional start in New Orleans burlesque shows.
She later put those skills to good use playing her morally questionable tunes on the US Renaissance festival circuit as Bettina Bawdeville.
Reecy has toured all over the United States and in many parts of Europe. She is currently recording her sixth album in Bristol, UK.
